We value the privacy and security of the information that you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, protect and process your information. Any information that you provide to us is used strictly to process and fulfill your purchase and/or for internal analytical purposes, as described in this Privacy Policy. We only share information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and we will not sell or redistribute any of your information to any third party. We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information from unauthorized disclosure. We may use the information from your order to process your purchase, provide a refund, provide customer service, improve or customize our products and services or fulfill applicable financial, tax, legal or compliance requirements. Return policy
All participants in the camp or some other event we organize and for which there are payments such as hotel accommodation, transportation, food, etc., each participant who makes a payment and then canceled for any reason 7 (seven) days before the event, will be his money refunded 50% of the cost price.
In the event that the buyer for any reason wishes to stamp his order, he can do so within the first 5 (five) days and the money will be fully refunded to him. After the fifth day of ordering, the money for the goods ordered will be refunded 70% of the amount of the payment due to the reasons for its own costs of procurement, transport, etc.
Upon receipt of the goods, if the customer is not satisfied with the size of the item (the jacket is small or large, a jersey, a sweatshirt or some other item from the offer), the buyer has the right to return the ordered goods UNDEMAGED back in return for the desired size.
In the case that whole camp or event is canceled by organizer the money is refunded 100% in 5 days.
Delivery policy
All our campsite participants, tournaments and other events we organize guarantee the full quality that we announce to our advertising spots and propaganda material.
Every customer of our items, which is purchased by our clients through our website, must be fully satisfied with the order. The item must be identical to the description and appearance (if there is a photo) on the site.
Delivery time is up to 30 days, unless there is an additional notice regarding the delivery beside the item, due to special purchase or production, it requires additional time.
